Great item to support your head, nevertheless it should be noted that they’re 2 missing screws at the back of the headrest

The good:
1. Does the job. The headrest fits well on the Mirra 2 chair and is pretty sturdy once tightened.
2. Very easy to install.
3. Folding coat hanger is a nice addition! Didn't know it has it, and I love that it folds away and doesn't interfere with anything.
4. Shipping was very fast and packed securely.

The not-so-good:
1. The material quality is not what I'd expect from a 135$ product. The plastic came with some scuff marks on parts of it, but nothing I couldn't live with.
2. Very hart to adjust for short people. My wife is 1.54m (5 ft), and the position that fits her vertically pushes out a bit too much on her neck. We were able to adjust it in a way that will be good on the full-swing position, but the middle swing is not optimal.
3. I wonder how a 135$ product has a typo on the box: "Upgrade your Mirra 2 chiar". Yes, CHIAR. Odd.

Overall, especially given this is the only product in the market that fits the Mirra 2 I would recommend buying it if you need a headrest. Just keep in mind that if you're a relatively short person you'll have difficulties adjusting it to all seating positions, and that IMO it's very overpriced.

I have the Mirra 2 in dark turquoise with the studio white/fog frame and base. I am glad I got the head rest. The white plastic is not an exact match to HM studio white, but it blends well enough. The quality is average for this price point, it has rough finish on the edges, and the main black bolt clamping the chair pokes through the accessory, and is visible on top of the chair. The white/gray plastic headrest that comes with the white plastic is a lighter gray than the arm rest but not too far off to be used as is. The plastic mesh is not as flexible as HM’s butterfly mesh and somewhat sharp at the edge, but it does provide support and some flex, with a pretty good degree of adjustability.

I made the mistake of buying the turquoise mesh insert thinking at this type of price point the color swatches would be a fairly good match. But the turquoise is much lighter, like ocean foam, compared to the dark turquoise from herman miller.

Since I shipped internationally it is likely not worth returning so will just become landfill. I recommend skipping the mesh cover, or get the gray one, or buy with the expectation it will be an accent color.
