Warranty Coverage:

Replacement Procedure:
In the event of a covered mechanical issue, customers are required to contact OfficeLogixShop's customer service at CustomerService@officelogixshop.com or by mail at 683 Carle Ave, Lewis Center, OH 43035, providing a detailed description of the problem. Upon verification of the issue, OfficeLogixShop will promptly send the necessary replacement part. Customers are responsible for the installation of replacement parts, and a tutorial video will be provided for guidance.
Headrests Warranty Period
All of our headrests come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover wear and tear on fabric, leather, or any other materials.
