Height adjustment didn't work, they sent a new chair, didn't make it any hassle, support was very fast and helpful, genuinely suprised, love the chair as a wider person its suprisingly comfortable, being able to sit any way helps a lot with how fidgety I am, already fixing the back problems my gaming bucket seat gave me.
