Great product

Everything worked as expected. I installed this on a 20 year-old classic air on chair with no problems. Everything fit and adjusts perfectly.

Perfect fit, fast shipping

Wish I'd found this two years ago when I started working at home with a stand-up desk. It didn't occur to me to look for a conversion to make my old Aeron chair taller. This new cylinder dropped right into the Aeron base and so far feels very stable.
The most difficult part of the conversion was removing the cylinder from the chair side. After 20 years since manufacture, it wasn't coming out with a simple twist like the YouTube videos show. I ended up buying a cylinder on Amazon that included an ingenious tool consisting of two rings that use a couple of screws to "press" the chair off of the cylinder. Office Logix should consider offering that with this replacement cylinder or offering the tool as a separate purchase. (I was unable to find this tool available separately -- I had to buy the cylinder, too, so now I have a spare standard height cylinder).

The chair that did not disappoint

Everything is adjustable. So comfortable and supportive. Love the adjustable tilt and tension. Adjustable arm rests are fab. Arrived in good shape, though cushioning was nil and box was partially destroyed.

Excellent chair

The chair arrived in very good condition. A little bit of dust, but nothing else. No stains, no smell, nothing. Very easy to assemble, the wheels were new. The cylinder was a little bit more tricky. Had to remove the chair seat to adjust the cylinder, but now everythings good. Relatively quick shipping as well. Thanks!
