Works great

Thanks to the video it's easy to replace, works great, I regret the price, too expensive if not in the US. I paid 108€ in the end with shipping, taxes, UPS fees. No option for other carrier.

Did the trick

Parts arrived on time and intact. Based on the associated youtube video I was able to determine (before ordering) that this shouldn't be as difficult as repair as I'd worried it might be. I was able to fix the damage some careless movers did and get my chair back to full functionality.

The chair that did not disappoint

Everything is adjustable. So comfortable and supportive. Love the adjustable tilt and tension. Adjustable arm rests are fab. Arrived in good shape, though cushioning was nil and box was partially destroyed.

Excellent chair

The chair arrived in very good condition. A little bit of dust, but nothing else. No stains, no smell, nothing. Very easy to assemble, the wheels were new. The cylinder was a little bit more tricky. Had to remove the chair seat to adjust the cylinder, but now everythings good. Relatively quick shipping as well. Thanks!
