Works

Not full 5 only because finding the correct amount of tension to tighten the screw during install is difficult. It’s easy to over tighten/ undertighten, wish that part was a bit easier.

Other than that annoyance , works as described.

well priced upgrade

Bought this because I had a snapped bolt and plastic washer on a roller mechanism. bought this because could get both right and left side replacements for cheaper than a new roller mechanism. Good value, and the installation video made it quite simple to do the work myself.

Decent Item

The item was fine and gest the job done. It's not as smooth as the original thumbwheel and does seem to lock up to lower the armrests. Also there are no instructions included so you have to figure it out on your own how to install it.

Exactly what I needed!

Replacement is perfect, and much better than the stock seat that was on my chair. Was having difficultly finding one at first until I came across this retailer, a competitor wanted more money and for me to send in my old seat to get any sort of rebate whereas I get to keep my old one and get a new one at a better price with you guys.

Ordered replacement back mesh for our Aerons at a very fair price. Quality is excellent, obviously original Herman Miller parts. And Office Logix provides all the required info for replacement on their site and youtube channel

Worth the Wait

I had to wait a couple months due to back order, but I couldn’t be happier. My already great chair just got a whole lot better. No more forward head posture!

Good quality refurbished Aeron Chair

I like this chair a lot. It feels great, looks good and performs as expected. Office Logix did a good job refurbishing my Aeron. I would describe its visible condition as lightly used. There were a few scuff marks and scratches on it, but other than that, it looked good. No visible damage to the seat or armrests and all the adjustments function properly.

But, the shipping box my chair came in left a lot to be desired. The only protection and padding for the chair was the cardboard box itself, and when it arrived, one of the wheels was poking out the side. Fortunately, I don't think it suffered any damage. I do wish there would have been more padding in the box, and hope this is something Office Logix can improve in the future. I would even pay more for shipping to protect my purchase. But for the price and quality of my purchase I am satisfied.

Revived My Aeron Chair! Excellent Quality Equivalent to OEM

The quality is outstanding and virtually indistinguishable from the original OEM part. Both the appearance and feel are top-notch, seamlessly matching the original chair. Installation was a bit challenging, requiring some effort, but no special tools were needed. With patience and determination, it’s entirely doable.

The greatest benefit is that my Aeron chair, which had become unusable due to a torn mesh, is now fully functional again. This saved me from the expense of buying a new chair, making it a highly cost-effective solution. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend this replacement to anyone looking to extend the life of their Aeron chair!
