Initially had some issues and they resolved them

Height adjustment didn't work, they sent a new chair, didn't make it any hassle, support was very fast and helpful, genuinely suprised, love the chair as a wider person its suprisingly comfortable, being able to sit any way helps a lot with how fidgety I am, already fixing the back problems my gaming bucket seat gave me.

My Knoll Office Chair || Generation 4D Arms Version (Fully Renewed) was very easy to assemble, is extremely well made and I use it interchangeably with my Herman Miller Aeron when working in my home office and for when I have company over..

I really love both chairs (they help give me needed support for an old injury to my thoracic area), and I couldn't imagine working without them.

I recommend purchasing the chair and would buy it again from Office Logix Shop in a heartbeat.

Unbeatable

Chair is amazing shipping was quick and even for a refurbished I cannot tell this chair was ever used. I was in a temporary office location and the generation by knoll was the chair provided. I tried to ask work for one since I was being sent to work full time from home I already knew the chair was great for me and I was sad to find how much they cost. But then I discovered office logix offering the chair for a fraction of the price even being on sale ontop of that. I'm so glad I came across office logix and I would buy from again I have already directed a few co workers to check them out.

I Love This Chair

I was on the hunt for a chair that suited my needs for a long time. This chair is great and I got it for an amazing deal. I would have given a 5 star rating, but I feel like there should have been a grease cover for the chair, and that there should have been more clear instructions for the chair assembly. It is a very simple assembly, but it did not feel intuitive. Regardless, this was such an impactful purchase for my set up and I couldn't be happier with it.

This chair is normally ridiculously expensive so I’m happy I could get a refurbished one at such a discount. It’s in fantastic condition and works perfectly.

I love how pretty much every aspect of it is adjustable. As a short person (5’3”), I had a hard time finding a chair where my feet can touch the ground while my back is against the chair. This one can be adjusted to my needs.

Second Life

I replaced the fabric on my 2009 embody following the online instructions. I had to refreence the Herman Miller app to remove the backrest, but other than that it was a simple and satisfying replacement. As a bonus, in the replacement I got the gas cylinder working again, so it saved me from additional repair costs!
